WRC METHODOLOGY

Leader in recruiting potential franchisees, WR Consulting has developed a methodology based on six key instruments: 
  1. Franchise formula auditing. Objectives: to analyze the concept for its strengths and weaknesses, to conduct competitors benchmarking, to test and improve the concept sales potential.
  2. WRC database. An exclusive fortune of contracts selected on the experience and investment potential. Part of the database includes the "Franchising Experience": a circuit of highly qualified investors (master franchisees, multi-brands franchisees) to whom WRC offer consulting services aimed at providing update information regarding emerging franchise projects.
  3. Geographical planning. A network of area consultants distributed across the territory works locally recruiting and selecting potential franchisees.
  4. Recruitment campaigns. An integrated plan of activities including the creation of ad-hoc material (brochures, informative sheets, mailers...) or the organization of tailored events according to the business expansion objectives (franchising day, mailing, door to door, advertising campaigns).
  5. International network. Formulating expansion strategies into international markets, researching partners and master franchisees, assistance during the concepts start up.
  6. Flexible and successful communication instruments. Regular presence of WRC on the main specialized magazines, participation at international exhibitions and events organized in co-operation with institutions and associations.
